Kerrie Whitla has been a senior consultant at Anson Australia for over ten years, having spent the previous 20 years working in senior positions within the banking and enterprise software sectors, latterly as the Global Head of Talent and Organisational Development for Oracle. An experienced facilitator and executive coach, Kerrie has a passion and proven track record for helping individuals and teams to optimise leadership capability, performance and potential. Kerrie has particular skill and expertise in the areas of self-awareness, performance development, leadership presence, communication effectiveness, team effectiveness, and emotional intelligence. Valentine Armstrong brings a wealth of organisational and management consultancy experience, having successfully worked in both senior roles in the private sector and consulting for the last 25 years. She has been a senior member of the Anson team for over ten years.Passionate about facilitating personal and team awareness, Valentine enjoys helping individuals develop their management and leadership capability. She specialises in culture and team development, workshop design, facilitation and change management across the public and private sectors. Melinda Hewitt is a facilitator, executive coach and strategist with 20 years’ experience providing strategic and operational advice to government executives. Melinda has expertise in complex government settings, managing change processes and supporting transition and sector reforms. Melinda facilitates forums that promote quality dialogue and deliver insights into complex challenges. She designs and delivers programs to build leadership capabilities, including team dynamics, strategic thinking and dialogue, driving accountability and results. Melinda’s career has spanned not for profit, government and private sectors with her most recent role as National Director of Strategy Community and Place at WSP Australia. Melinda has led a number of complex program reviews for NSW Government, provided strategic advice and support to Senior Executives and has helped develop solutions that encourage participation, manage risks and build partnerships.

Kim Anson has had a successful executive career in the public and private sectors for over 30 years. She was a highly regarded General Manager of two Sydney councils and Executive Director in the NSW Departments of Planning and Housing. Kim was also the CEO of Elton Consulting, providing diverse consulting services to senior levels in state and local government.
Kim now specialises in providing strategic advice, complex facilitation and consensus building, capacity building and coaching services to senior leaders and organisations. She brings unique insights and expertise from her strategic and operational experience leading councils and businesses, as well as from her extensive consulting career. Kim supports individual leaders, Executive groups and elected officials to increase their performance and wellbeing, and achieve greater organisational success.

Alex Jenkins has held a range of senior operational leadership roles at GM and Director level, with 20 years clinical and organisational consulting experience across Australia and the UK. He has worked closely with some of Australia’s largest public and private sector organisations in executive coaching, enhancing leadership and team capability, increasing collaborative workplace behaviours, enhancing resilience in the workplace and supporting effective conflict resolution. He has also conducted successful group work training in mindfulness, self-awareness and self-management.As a 1995 Churchill Fellow, for research in the Welfare sector, Ian maintains his interest in the application of research to human and organisational development.

Passionate about assisting our clients with their development needs, Arnela recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and enjoys undertaking research in areas such as behaviour change, leadership, and team development. Arnela is a qualified MBTI practitioner and small group facilitator, with expertise in 1:1 diagnostic interviews and debriefing services.
