Kerrie Whitla has been a senior consultant at Anson Australia for over ten years, having spent the previous 20 years working in senior positions within the banking and enterprise software sectors, latterly as the Global Head of Talent and Organisational Development for Oracle. An experienced facilitator and executive coach, Kerrie has a passion and proven track record for helping individuals and teams to optimise leadership capability, performance and potential. Kerrie has particular skill and expertise in the areas of self-awareness, performance development, leadership presence, communication effectiveness, team effectiveness, and emotional intelligence.
