360 degree feedback includes self-assessment, peer, leader and team feedback to identify a leader’s thinking and behavioural styles. Our highly skilled consultants utilise these 360 tools to work with leaders in both understanding and changing their thinking and behaviour.

At Anson Australia, our team is accredited in a range of 360 tools including Life Styles Inventory (LSI), Leadership Circle, Management/Impact (MI), Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), PDI Profiler. With your specific business needs in mind, our team of psychologists can also design a business-specific 360 tool.

Our approach entails a briefing and launch of the 360 tool, individual feedback sessions, individual development planning and a three-way session involving sign-off for the individual development plan.

We also provide the option of aggregated results for the team/cohort in order to identify trends, leadership strengths and development needs, and to inform future targeted planning.
